OK, I will admit … I made these and they are DELICIOUS! I had to give them away to my neighbors so I wouldn’t eat them all!
The only thing I would change is to cut the frosting recipe in half. It’s a very rich frosting and makes a lot. Even after frosting all the cupcakes, I had leftovers.
This really is a great recipe for a birthday party or other family event!
